Lance Smith begin his VJ career on May 28th, 2001 as the host of CMT's Most Wanted Live. Lance also holds the title as the first CMT VJ. He ended his 7 month run as the host on January 4th, 2002 as he moved over to the Top-20 Countdown, and was replaced by Greg Martin and Katie Cook. Lance came back to host MWL from May - August 2003 guest hosting for Cledus T. Judd. It was nice to see Lance back in front of a live audience.
