Ashley ENCOUNTER #1 I've liked Lance, alond with about a million other ladies, since the first time I saw him on CMT! His talent shined right through! Well since he was in Nashville and I was in Jacksonville, I thought I would NEVER meet him! Then I heard about fan fair.   So fan fair 2002, I was bound and determined to meet LANCE!  Everybody laughed at me because the most important person I wanted to meet was not even a singer! Well I finally hooked up with him at the softball game, but his producer was rushing him and the picsture turned out HORRIBLE...we both looked bad....I KNOW who would think lance could look bad....but I have living proof!! LOL  So unfortunately I didnt see him anywhere else that year, I was a little upset, but no biggy!  At least I could say that I met him, RIGHT?!?! ENCOUNTER #2 So another year went around with me seeing Lance only on T.V., and then fan fair came around again!   Well we were driving and I was talking about who I would like to see, and my mom said, "you know who you havent said, LANCE," I told her, well of course I want to see him, THATS A GIVEN!!  Well we ended up stopping in Franklin, TN to stretch and grab a bite to eat.  Well we stopped at this little hamburger place, and as we were sitting there, I looked over and there was LANCE, 5 feet from me, eating dinner with his parents.  I sat there trying to figure out how to ask for a picture...and as I sat there wondering, I tried to get our waitress' attention, and as I did that, My glass hit my dads glass, which then spilled....on the floor, and just BARELY MISSING LANCE!  Needless to say I was a little embarrassed!  I mean the whole place was laughing at me...INCLUDING Lance!!  So my mom then said "well you cant ask for I picture now, and I was like YEAH RIGHT!! Well I let him finish eating and pay his bill and as he was walking out, he said "C-Ya later guys", I stopped him and said "hey you mind if we get a picture?" He said "Sure I dont mind"...Then he said, "Havent we met before, I was looking at your shirt and you looked familier."  Now I dont know if he ACTUALLY remembered me, but thats a pretty cool feeling!  LOL of course now I dont think he'll have a problem remembering me....LOL SO we stepped outside and got a picture and he stood there for like 5 minutes and just chit-chatted with me, it was so cool! Then I saw him around town, and at the Coliseum, said hey to him, and even met his fiance'....This years fanfair DEFINITELY was better than last years....Got a better pic with Lance!  Hopefully there will be ENCOUNTER #3...........
